I preparation before inquiry
Before the inquiry, you should tell us the following questions, and we will send experts to answer them one by one.
1. required water yield (how much water is needed every day or every hour? The water yield directly affects the price)
2. Raw water sources (tap water, groundwater well water, river water, lake water ...), except tap water, it is recommended to provide water quality reports. If the water sources are different, the treatment processes will be different, and the prices will be different;
3. Water quality requirements: electrical conductivity or resistivity should be less? What's the use? Or other specific requirements;
4. Is the pump made in China or imported? (Hangzhou South Pump, Denmark Granfu, etc.)
5. Is there any water storage facility for inlet water? Should the original water tank be quoted? (in principle, the water tank shall be provided by the user)
6. Is pretreatment automatic? Manual? (It refers to automatic control or manual control during backwashing and resin regeneration, and the automatic price is definitely higher)
7. Material of pretreatment filter tank? FRP, A3 carbon steel and stainless steel (A3 carbon steel is generally used in our company);
8. Do you use water for 24 hours? Is there any situation where a large amount of water is needed in a short period of time? Does the water yield of water supply equipment need to be designed to be slightly larger? (Pretreatment needs backwashing in daily maintenance, and softening needs regeneration. At this time, the equipment does not produce pure water, so it is necessary to design one for standby and one for use)
9. Reverse osmosis membrane brand: imported Hyde energy and Dow membrane
10, electrical control part is ordinary relay control? Or the whole system PLC program control? The degree of automation also plays a decisive role in price.
11. Does the quotation include tax?
12. There are other requirements for equipment.
13. Site requirements.
The above problems are the most basic information to understand the water consumption of enterprises. Only on this basis can suppliers know what kind of equipment the enterprises are suitable for, the approximate price of each module, and the design scheme, etc.
Second, understand communication
After knowing the general water consumption of enterprises, the general general price has been determined. However, the enterprise-oriented design scheme is not so perfect, and it is difficult to give full play to the performance of the equipment. Because enterprises are only users of equipment, sometimes because of the limitations of purchasing personnel's own knowledge, they cannot fully express the water demand of enterprises. Therefore, good suppliers should be able to make reasonable supplements to the design defects of the scheme after listening to the design scheme of enterprises, but the final decision is in the hands of enterprises.
III. Field investigation
For regular companies, field visits are inevitable. This is a true reflection of fully understanding the water demand of enterprises, and it is also the most direct factor to rectify the later scheme design. At this stage, enterprises and suppliers can communicate face to face and fully express their opinions, so as to achieve the best effect of the scheme.
Fourth, sign the contract
Contract is the legal guarantee to safeguard the common interests of both parties. The contract should specify the rights and obligations of both parties.
V. Equipment manufacturing
After signing the contract, the supplier will start to produce the equipment according to the requirements of the plan.
VI. Delivery and use
The supplier shall deliver the equipment, debug, install and train according to the delivery date determined in the contract.
Seven, after-sales service
All equipment is guaranteed for one year and maintained for life.
